Te Kōtuku Ki Te Rangi Charitable Trust is seeking a passionate and values-driven individual to join our Board of Trustees.
This is an opportunity to help shape the future of kaupapa Māori health, wellbeing, housing, and social services across Tāmaki Makaurau.
For more than 30 years, Te Kōtuku Ki Te Rangi has supported whānau through innovative, culturally grounded services that strengthen wellbeing, resilience, and self-determination.

We are looking for people who:
• Are committed to Māori development and whānau wellbeing
• Support the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi
• Bring governance, leadership, health, social service, business, legal, financial, property, or community experience
• Can contribute strategic thinking and strong governance oversight
• Value collective leadership and accountability
As a Trustee, you will help:
• Guide the strategic direction of the Trust
• Strengthen Māori-led health and wellbeing outcomes
• Support good governance and financial stewardship
• Contribute to the long-term sustainability and growth of the organisation
Trustee appointments are for a three-year term. This is a voluntary governance role with reasonable expenses reimbursed.
