Natalia’s role as Service Manager involves managing the strategic operations of the Support Hours team as well as three residential sites/whare. In addition to the planning and management of the teams, Natalia is involved in maintaining relationships between Te Kotuku Ki Te Rangi and various clinical services. Natalia has had over a decade of senior management experience with a background in Finance and Strategic planning.
