Kathie is a self-employed Contractor for project management predominantly around resource recovery. Kathie holds an MBA from Auckland University and pivots around conflict resolution, strategic planning and new venture management. Kathie’s governance experience spans in excess of 20 years and was part of the original governance structure for Te Kotuku Ki Te Rangi Charitable Trust. Kathie has returned to her current governance role to support the transformation of the Trust and supports the personnel portfolio on the Board of Trustees. Kathie historically volunteered in the community for the Hillary commission and is the former patron of the Hibiscus Coast Netball Association. When not at home managing a rebuild of her own property, Kathie is very much involved in supporting her grandsons with their sporting and schooling activities.

Matua Albie is now enjoying his retirement, though spent a considerable amount of years within the Ministry of Education. Matua Albie has decades of governance experience from a mainstream perspective, though these recent years his focus has been on ensuring the tikanga aspects of Te Ao Maori are adhered to within the governance arena. Matua Albie supports the Financial Portfolio on the Board of Trustees. When not out supporting his many mokopuna, Matua Albie can be found supporting Te Roopu Kaumatua o Te Whanau o Waipareira.
Greg is a Registered Clinical Psychologist with over 16 years clinical experience. He was Constituent Secretary for Onehunga from 1984 - 1991, Onehunga Borough Councillor from 1986 - 1990, a Crown Mediator from 1986 - 1988, the State Service Commission's Senior Advisor to Government from 1988 - 1992, was a Forensic Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist for Mason Clinic from 1992 - 2004, a member of the Legal Aid Review Panel from 2002 - 2008, the Founding Chairperson of Onehunga Youth Trust from 1988 - 2016 and a Trustee from 2016 - present and a member of the board of Te Kotuku Ki Te Rangi Charitable Trust from 2008 - present and its Deputy Chairperson from 2014 - present. Greg has also been involved with the Anglican and Catholic churches.
